Ella is 10 months old today! Double digits! What a big girl. This past month has flown by, and I can't believe it's time to write another month birthday post. Ella has been getting even more comfortable on her feet,
cruising around our living room. Over the last week she's even decided to let go of the furniture to stand on her own, and she is oh-so-proud of herself when she does. She looks at us like "can you believe it?!?!".We got Ella her first pair of walking shoes, a pair of Stride Rites that are bright pink with hearts on them.She likes pulling at the laces pretty much whenever she can get to them. Next time we'll opt for velcro.
Ella still loves going to school. She especially loves watching the bigger kids playing, and she'll squeal with joy seeing them run around. She has a couple of friends there, and is always content when we leave her for the day. It is strange to see that she is now one of the "big kids" in her classroom. She's changed so much since starting school.
Ella's favorite pastime is reading books. She says "buh, buh" and looks towards her bookshelf when she wants us to read to her. She can be a little relentless, and gets pretty upset when her book quota is up for the night, and it's time to go to bed.
Ella's second favorite pastime is feeding Griffin the food she doesn't really want. She loves her cheese, but always saves a little for Griffin, since she knows he also likes it so much.
